DELIVERY TIME
Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will be processed that day.
Orders placed after 2pm Monday – Fridays will be processed first thing next day.
Orders Placed Saturday-Sunday will be processed on Monday excluding holidays.
We will strive that within 2-3 business day, your order will be delivered on your doorstep.
EXCHANGE POLICIES
We only do a size exchange.
Pack your items with their tags and invoice included in the original packaging.
You are allowed to exchange for one time only so make sure to order the correct size
The items must be in their original condition (never worn or washed).
You can return the product for up to 30 days from the date you receive it.
You will have to pay the return shipping and we will shoulder the shipping cost for the new item.
After mailing the item back, kindly send us the copy of the receipt and the Tracking Number via email so we can monitor the package.
As soon as we receive the return we will then you the store credit. you may use the store credit to place a new order with the correct size.
